Jane Kim is the founder of KindEd, a K–12 social media literacy and well-being analytics platform that helps students build healthy digital habits and critical thinking online. A former Chicago Public Schools teacher and Obama Foundation Scholar, Jane developed KindEd while earning her Master’s in Public Policy with honors at the University of Chicago. Her work has been recognized through the Halcyon EquityTech Fellowship, Vital Voices Fellow, Tarsson Social Venture Fellow, and USC EdTech Scholar. She is a speaker for the Council of Europe’s World Forum for Democracy 2025 initiative on Social Media Literacy. With nearly a decade in education, she leads efforts to create scalable, student-centered solutions for digital wellness and social media and AI literacy in schools and communities.
