Backed By Learning Science
Build Agency and Intentional Social Media Habits
Behavioral Change Focused
Many youth struggle with social media use, often spending hours mindlessly scrolling and feeling powerless to change their habits. This lack of control can lead to low self-esteem and negativity. Our curriculum addresses this by helping students develop agency—the ability to control their own thoughts and behaviors. With low agency, social media use becomes passive and unintentional, reinforcing negative mindsets and feelings of helplessness.
Through student-driven group activities, reflections, and action plans, we empower students to take control of their social media habits. By increasing self-awareness and fostering intentional use, they create positive online experiences that support their overall well-being.

Active & Inquiry-Based Learning
We adapted the principles of inquiry-based learning into our curriculum to promote student engagement, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of concepts. By aligning activities with empirical evidence, we ensure that both what we teach and how we teach are research-backed.
Our approach nurtures students’ curiosity, encouraging active, student-driven participation and building self-confidence. We make learning fun and knowledge stick.
